Karin DeLaitsch, President, is a dedicated strategic and operational excellence professional with over  25 years’ experience driving planning, programming, and transformation initiatives in the private and public sectors. She has 13 years’ experience in both industrial engineering and engineering management for General Motors and has over 12 years’ experience managing government contracts and workforce analytics teams. She specializes in managing projects/programs, designing and improving business processes, conducting workforce analysis, and developing and executing strategic plans. Her Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) work has included supporting Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Education Service’s State Approving Agencies’ budget allocation/compliance/quality assurance, VA Workforce Planning Services’ five-year Strategic Planning Process development, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Quality, Safety, and Value – Product Effectiveness’s project integration, VA Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics supplier survey analytics dashboard, and VBA Outreach, Transition and Economic Development’s Post-Separation Assistance Program Assessment. She has led business process improvement projects for the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Fiscal Services. She has been project/program manager and workforce analytics lead on various analytics projects for the National Institutes of Health, AmeriCorps, National Transportation Safety Board, Railroad Retirement Board, National Credit Union Administration, and the Department of Labor. 

Today, she continues to direct her work in dynamic and forward-thinking ways that bring consistent satisfaction to the client, building OpX Strategies into a reliable and reputable business in the  management and consulting sector.
